  4. In another bowl add Buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, and Baking Soda. Beat this mixture well and then add to the flour mixture.
  5. Pour well mixed batter into 11 x 17 baking sheet. Place in oven and cook 20-25 minutes.
  6. ICING: - - You will need to prepare this when cake has about 5 mins cooking time left. Icing needs to be added while cake is still warm. - - In saucepan melt 1 1/2 sticks Butter. Add Cocoa stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Stir until smooth. - - Optional: You add nuts at this point. Mix well into icing.
