- Take 2 cups water
- Get 2 cups rice flour
- Take 2 cups boiled then smashed sweet potatoes
- Take 1 ltr Milk
- Get 1 cup sugar
- Prepare 1/4 tsp salt
- Prepare 2 bay leaves
- Prepare 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Prepare 2 cups grated coconut
- Take 1/2 cup jaggery

- In a thick bottomed pan take water add salt, heat in a medium flame,when the water starts boiling now slowly add the rice flour, stir constantly for five to ten minutes. Let it be cool. Now add the smashed sweet potatoes, make a fine dough.
- In an another pan add jaggery and coconut stir for five minutes,keep aside. This is for stuffing.
- From the dough make small balls knead the balls in round shape put one tsp of coconut stuffing, then again knead it in round or oval shape. Shown in the pic.
- Boil the milk add sugar and bay leaves,boil for ten to fifteen minutes, now add the balls, cook for ten minutes. Sprinkle cardamom powder.
- Serve cold
