- Put 1/3 of the batter in another bowl, add the melted chocolate and the grated orange. If you want more orange flavour squeeze it to get some juice.
- Add the rest of baking powder to the part of the batter we didn't touch.
- Put the orange-flavoured part on the bottom of the mold. Bake for 30-40 minutes (20min. from the bottom and then 20min. from both sides.)
For a softer cake, you can substitute cake flour for the all-purpose flour. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Line with parchment paper, then butter and flour the pans. Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder.
