Instructions to make Coffee Chocolate cake:
  1. For the cake-
  2. Pre heat oven to 180C.
  3. Beat Sugar and butter until fluffy.
  4. Beat it one egg at a time.
  5. Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa.
  6. Add coffee.
  7. Alternate between dry ingredients and butter milk and beat everything well.
  8. Fold in the white chocolate.
  9. Divide the mixture in 2 lined tins.
  10. Bake for 25-30 min or until it is springy to touch or skewer comes out clean.
  11. Let them cool completely on a wire rack.

  13. Beat the icing sugar, butter until nice and fluffy.
  14. Add the color.
  15. Mix in the preserve/fresh strawberries.

  25. Now apply a thin layer of frosting on the cake and keep it in the fridge for 20 min.
  26. Apply another coat of the frosting.
