- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, besan, rice flour, Aamchur powder, lime juice, salt and few chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Form tikkis. In a wok heat oil and shallow fry the tikkis on both sides. Set aside
- For plating, place the sweet potato tikkis, take a Tbsp of avocado mix and place on the Tikki, add the fried bacon piece and add a coriander leaf. Enjoy to eat
