- Take a pan, add oil, curry leaves, green chillies and chopped potatoes. Cover it and cook it on low flame. No need to add water. After 5 minutes, potatoes will be cooked.
- Add soaked Sabudana, red chilli powder and crushed peanuts.
- Mix it properly. Cover it and cook it on low flame for another 5-7 minutes. Add coriander leaves. Ready to serve.
